    I had also the same Problems!! But I found the ERROR too!!! The Driver Software from the Speedlink Phantom Hawk controller was not up to date. On the Speedlink Website is a New Driver Software for Download. I have install it.., and now everything works without any problems! :) I hope I couldt help you. GOOD LUCK! :)
