Clapstrap

I've noticed other's mention nothing in their boxes, I'm just not receiving anything after the video. Then it restarts automatically and I'm maybe 4 minutes behind on my toon.

I've been playing since the mobile release, ofc this is in my top 3. After the last update it seems I can no longer use the ad watch for loot, whenever I watch the video it restart the game without any loot near by. Was just wondering if it's known and if not is there any quick fixes that can be done on my part? Thanks in advance ?
