Looking good, any chance we can get something on that right hip with this update so it's not empty as discussed previously dude? Very much looking forward to this update.

Nice work MP - good to see you alive and kicking again. Your uniform is absolutely fine, we aren't playing a AAA next generation title - what you make is functional and allows representation of British forces in ArmA, keep up the good work.

Mate, I've got a LOAC power point and a full copy of JSP 539 if you want to burn the midnight oil together? Clothes optional, rollmats compulsory.

In a slightly more right-wing view I've been a part of this community since Operation Flashpoint and the days of Project: UKForces and I've never quite understood the obsession with getting TRFs, wings, shoulder flashes etc. ingame anyway. It does nothing to affect the overall addon and if people want them that bad they can just go and join up to earn them... Anyway, rant over!

As much as I hate standing up for the RAF Regiment and their shooting of own Osprey... RAF AP 1358 states that RAF Regiment mudguards are to be worn on -both- sleeves, not one sleeve. @mikephoenix Please, for the love of god can people check facts rather than google images when they request things or at the very least speak from experience. So many things that people have demanded of MP and his addon is complete tosh and inaccurate - it would save him alot of time if people would collate all of the facts and scales of items for him so he can spend more time making things that are correct rather than having to fact check everything people ask for...

Good work MP - the scaling of the TRFs/Trade Quals/Bde Flashes are looking alot more accurate with this new rig!

It is his mod, which he wanted to be accurate - what you referenced isn't accurate hence the correction. TRFs, trade/qualification badges and brigade flashes - what they are, where they are and how they are worn persisted throughout the transition from S95 through to PCS (MTP) both on the 'barrack' (read: old 95 design in MTP) and the blanking panels found on the lightweight jacket/smock/UBACS. This included when MTP was first rolled out in theatre when it was nothing more than MTP colours in S95 cut both shirt and trousers before transitioning to the newer first generation PCS cut of the clothing.

What you refer to as 'patches' aren't worn on uniform. The Engineers one is actually the officers capbadge for their Berets the other two are Blazer Badges you put on civvie blazers. The TRFs are almost correct, the R Signals one is actually 216 (Parachute) Signals Squadrons DZ flash, the actual Royal Signals one everyone else wears is alot smaller and similar shaped to the REME one. Edited to add: Just for clarity, please don't put any of these 'Patches' anywhere near your addons uniforms if you want to retain real world accuracy.

Messaged you some feedback/ideas, but this is a solid release and the newly scaled helmet/vest are brilliant - well done!

Looking good! Having it as a separate helmet is a good compromise in the absence of being able to get it how you wanted it to be, the ballistic properties are far more valuable than pure cosmetics - certainly from a Co-Op Milsim group point of view. Any sneaky hints about what we can expect in next weeks release? As always, keep up the good work.

See my above. Honestly, in conventional punchy wars having a 9mil strapped to you is just an inconvenience and something else to lose/clean. COIN, vehicle based etc. it's absolutely fine and GPMG gunners will always benefit from having one on them for when you have to leave the Gun on a stag position etc.

Oh, also. Reference holster. We use Glock now, the holster is part of the weapons safe system of use so is mandatory for regular units. It can be mounted on the MOLLE panels on the front of your body armor or battle belt or carried on a drop leg holster, what I would say is that the holster is massive and I've only seen it mounted on the front of peoples body armour on rare occasions (whereas when we had Sig the Safari Land holster was nice and low profile for chest mounting). If you wanted it, as much as I hate it there, drop leg would probably be the best way to go so it doesn't interfere with your webbing. Jonny

No one 'prefers' their trousers to sit at the top of their boots, d*ckhead CSMs/RSMs insist on the blokes wearing their twisters in the field because they need something to get excited about, anyone who can get away with it or doesn't have a clinically brain dead CofC will not wear them because it's annoying AF when you adopt the prone posistion/crawl/climb over anything and the elastics make your trouser leg ride up and sit on your calf like some sort of yardy boy gangster. Reference Motherlodes and everyone having one *Looks at his MR 3 Day Assault, Blackhawk STOMP, Blackhawk Titan and NAR 4 daysacks* Not everyone! The old 1000d ones were good, the new 500d ones I don't personally rate.
