Arma 3 crash error: 0xC0000005 - STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION

getting the access_voilation 0x0000005 only when using a usb headset. tried three different models and same result. load vanilla server play 5 mins (load vehicle or a vehicle drives by) crash..... on wired analog headset no issues
