    Problem Exporting Mission To Multiplayer

    Similar to the issues on this thread I am having the same issue.....I first tried converting the .sqm file found in "Your PC > Documents > Arma 3 > mpmissions" Using this file, we can make the scenario run in MP when hosting the game on the public servers, but we cant make it work on our games.com rented server...there are no playable slots to choose on the mission set up screen....we cant start the mission... Then I noticed, when I exported the game, a .pbo file is generated in the "Your PC > C: > Program Files (x86) > Steam > steamapps > common > Arma 3 > MPMissions" folder.... Now when I host the game on a public server, i have two choices for the same mission...both seem to work in MP...one is in green text and one is white text...??? I am going to upload the newly exported .pbo file to the rented server and see if that will work... I am so confused.....

  3. Would there be a way to make a crate loadable as an objective? Ie., steal a crate from a point of interest, load into a truck and make a getaway....Any help would be appreciated.

I have a new PC with an i7 6700 and Geforce 1070 8mb card....I have been playing with the graphics settings, draw distances, etc., and cant seem to stop hills, etc., from appearing white at long distance...my wife's PC has a 960 card and the hills look naturally colored at distance on her machine...ie., they look much better....any ideas on what settings to look at to eliminate the "white" look? Thanks.

    Im new to Arma, so all of this is new to me...to "de-pbo" the mission, you need to be able to open the pbo file and edit the savegame values as you note above? Thanks.

    Thanks. I just noticed that while playing Optre Liberation (Altis), that when i try and load any of the other Liberation Variants, that my base locations and progress is carried over....in some cases, the result is distorted if playing a different map than Altis...I guess this is due to the Optre Mod?

    May I ask please: When playing any of the great Liberation variants, they all use the same save game location & file, correct? So you would need to maintain a backup file and manually copy to a back up folder after each session for each variant you play or they will interfere with the other, correct? Thanks. Also, the latest version for Liberation is .924? Thanks.

    Somehow, when I use "Barrage" for a mortar truck, I end up with extra Red Artillery Begin Markers on the map...is there anyway to clear these off the map? The delete key wont do it...Thanks.

    Controlling Roadblocks: Can you take control of a roadblock or just outposts? After taking out a roadblock, I got a message pop up that said "Roadblock Cleared"...I walked up to the flag and saw the word "Flag" there....but how do you actually interact with the flag to take control of the roadblock? Thanks.

We have a group of five friends that are new to Arma 3...we want a good open / sandbox / campaign co-op game that we can play on a private server...we are currently playing Antistasi Altis....we love the scope of that scenario but are finding it too difficult for us at our skill level...any other suggestions of open/sandbox long campaigns such as Antistasi but are more friendly to new players....? Thanks.

    After using the Persistent Save back at HQ, how should you close your game up? Normal Save & Exit or some other way? It would seem if you save and exit the normal way, that it would overwrite the Persistent Save??? Thanks.
