What about a HEMTT repair truck?

Revert to your pbo before you changed it, find that location in the Classname_extension.sqf and add "rhs_gaz66_repair_vdv" Repack and let me know what happens please.

I could be wrong but I suspect this just adds the RHS HEMTT to the list of vehicles that can repair. Can anyone clarify? As for where you put it, you open the pbo file and add it to the arsenal.sqf then repack the pbo.

Have not yet but will certainly try this tonight. Thank you SO much. Been a thorn in my side for weeks. On the plus side, we've been more careful with our assets. ;-)

We're not running ACE, but are running RHS and have the same problem. Haven't been able to resolve yet.

zbug has been playing Overwatch lately and has lost interest in updating Liberation. We're likely on our own to figure it out. At least until he completes Overwatch. ;-)

I also suspect there is too much spawning occurring. I was tailing the logs of both the server and HC on another monitor and when we got into the town proper, the logs were recording so many spawn events it just scrolled and scrolled. Most of them seemed to be soldiers but quite a few vehicles as well.

We have the exact same problem. The first time it happened, I wasn't monitoring server FPS and we didn't have a HC. Our frames started out great and but after about 30 minutes all of us dropped into the teens when we're usually in the 50-60 range. If we (one at a time so as not to throw off the game) shutdown our clients and restart them, FPS is fine again. At the time we were not running any mods at all. Pure vanilla. This weekend we took another large city and same thing happened. Only this time I was monitoring server FPS and introduced a HC, which I was also monitoring. We've also introduced three mods into the mix: atlas, RHSAFRF and RHSUSAF. Same exact thing happened. We dropped into the teens but the server and HC were 45+ each. Once we restarted our clients, though, problem went away. Our server is using 8 cores of a 32 core system (nothing else running on it except this Linux VM) In our case, though, the HC is running on the same VM as the server. Since Arma is a single-threaded app, no need to run the HC on another VM when we have so many cores available and the FPS of both the server and HC prove that the server hardware is not at fault. But the problem definitely seems to be client-side. What it is exactly, I do not know. But try restarting your client when it happens. You'll miss a minute or two of the action but well worth it.

I don't know where in the script they're done but they're recorded in the local profile on the server. Permissions problems on that file, perhaps? Is this Linux or Windows?

You start with an amount of fuel on hand. So, I think you start with 40 fuel which is represented as 0/40. You build a vehicle which requires fuel, now you have that much fuel in use. So if the vehicle requires 10 fuel, now your fuel will say 10/40. That means you have 10 fuel points in use and 30 left. When that vehicle is destroyed or recycled, you get that fuel that was in use back again which would put you back at 0/40 in use. The more factories and bases you take, the more overall fuel you have to use which would make the second number rise (0/100) and the more vehicles you can have active at any given time which will be very important to manage properly as you progress. Make sense?

Just wanted to follow up on this. We fixed the Apache problem by adding the RHS classes to the mission.sqf. This seemed to fix it. As for the repair issue, by shear accident we figured that one out too, sorta. We found that by bumping into the tail of a damaged aircraft with the HEMTT repair truck, it would instantly repair it. No countdown, just bumping it (fairly hard), the repairs were made instantly. However, bump it too hard and it explodes but while exploding, the repair timer starts. I don't know if this will help Zbug if it's something that needs to be fixed in Lib or not but there it is...

I'm no expert but in my experience, taken objectives are idle until OPFOR comes calling on them. Your AI troops will spawn at the objective under threat and will remain until the threat is neutralized or your AI troops are all killed. I usually watch the number spawned (the white person limit) and if it gets low with no indication that OPFOR is losing, I will break off from what I'm doing and go and help.

Thank you very much for your response. We did have a HEMIT repair truck there as well, right next to the Huron repair container. Just sat there. We'll work around the issue using your advice. Much appreciated.

First, just want to say that I LOVE Liberation and it has brought renewed interest to Arma 3 for my group. But, we're having a strange issue. Running in vanilla mode (no add-ons), everything works great. But we loaded RHS (AFRF and USAF) and we have two major problems. One, the Huron will not repair when the mods are loaded. We land next to the Huron repair container and nothing happens. Rearming and refueling work fine. We unload the RHS mods and Huron repair works as it should. Any ideas here? Second, we earned enough ammo points to purchase the AH64 but when anyone gets into the gunner seat, the entire game crashes. We've confirmed the latest RHS versions are present on both clients and servers. Ideas? Thanks in advance for any help. Relevant Specs: Clients - Arma 3 1.60 RHS USAF 0.4.1 mod RHS AFRF 0.4.1 mod Atlas LHD Plus mod Various hardware specs Server - Linux (CentOS 7, managed with LSM) Arma 3 Dedicated Linux Server 1.6 RHS USAF 0.4.1 mod RHS AFRF 0.4.1 mod Atlas LHD Plus mod 8 core CPU, 8GB RAM
