  1. Thanks, dude. This really helped me out.
  2. Hi, Arma 3 constantly crashes and gives me this message: d3d error - dxgi_error_device_removed I'm running the game on a completely new computer. I have Intel i7 8700K and RTX 2080. I have tried reinstalling Arma and the drivers for the graphics card. Anyone know what I should do? Thanks in advance!

    d3d error - dxgi_error_device_removed

I tried running Heaven. It crashed and Windows told me that "application access to graphics hardware has been blocked".

PSU is the power supply right? If so, it's new too.

Tried a couple of others today. Same problem with Deus Ex Mankind Divided and Rising Storm 2 Vietnam. Heat Signature works fine though.

I have now tried disableing the iGPU in Bios. Unfortunately it didn't work. Arma 3 still freezes and I'm unable to do anything after like 2 mins of play time. Do you havy any other suggestions?

    d3d error - dxgi_error_device_removed

I tried uninstalling the Intel UHD Graphics 630 Driver by doing the second option here: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005598/graphics-drivers.html I didn't install a new driver cause i figured the RTX 2080 was enough. This didn't solve the problem. Arma 3 stills crashes. Edit: Tried installing a couple of older drivers for the Intel UHD Graphics 630. Nothing changed. Arma 3 freezes and I can't turn it off any other way than pressing the physical power button on my computer or ctrl+alt+delete and log out.

    d3d error - dxgi_error_device_removed

I tried doing this from the thread you mentioned: "1) Goto device manager. 2) Under Display Adapters, find Intel HD graphics or similar. 3) Right click and select, "Update Driver Software..." 4) Select "Browse my computer for driver software" 5) Select "Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer" Now you should hopefully see a couple of options. One will be something like "standard VGA adapter" or "microsoft basic display adapter". Select it and click next. Go through whatever process it needs with reboots and so forth." That seemed to work for them. In my case, I no longer get the error message. Now Arma just freezes and I can't even alt-tab out of it. I had to turn off my computer with the physical button and restart it to be able to do anything.

    d3d error - dxgi_error_device_removed

I have tried verifieing my game files. Didn't seem to work. I don't know how to reinstall DirectX. According to DxDiag I have DirectX 12. Most sources seem to say that DirectX 12 only can be upgraded through Windows Update, and I can't see any uppdates there. Do you know how to reinstall DirectX 12? Kinda sucks not being able to play your favorite game with your brand new pc...
  10. This is becoming really frustrating. My game crashes, with this error message, like one of five times I add something in the new 3D editor. As long as I don't place anthing in the editor everything works just fine. I have tested to uninstall alll my mods, but the same thing happens anyway. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

    Enhanced Movement

Okay guys, now I really want to get this to work. This mod have four main features: 1. The jumping/climbing stuff. - babe_em.pbo 2. The interaction stuff. - babe_int.pbo 3. The visible laser. - babe_laser.pbo 4. The NVG effects. - babe_nvg.pbo (5.babe_core.pbo is of course required.) I want number 1 and 2. First, I tried installing the mod with all PBO's in the Addon folder. When I do this, all of the four features works properly. And in the ESC-menu there is three sections (1. moving/climbing, 2. Interaction, 3. NVG). In the NVG section I can choose to not use the NVG effect, so the NVG feature isn't a problem any more. Second, I uninstalled the mod, erased laser and NVG PBO's (and there BISIGN-files) and reinstalled the mod. I had theese files in the addon folder: babe_core.PBO, babe_int.PBO and babe_em.PBO + core-, int-, em- BISIGN-files. In the ESC-menu, there was, as expected, only two sections: Movement and Interaction. But of some reason the movement and interaction stuff didn't work. I couldn't jump/climb or use the interaction stuff. Third, I added the NVG PBO and turned it off in the ESC-menu. Same results as above. It didn't work. Fourth, I removed the laser, NVG and Interaction PBO's. So, the PBO's in the addon folder where only the core and em. Only one section in the ESC-menu: The movement section. And the jumping/climbing stuff worked (Wohoo!). This way I don't get the interaction stuff, but I guess I will have to live with that. Really strange that the jumping/climbing stuff stopped working when I put in the interaction stuff though. Do you guys have any suggestion of ways to fix this so I can get the Interaction stuff too (without adding the laser and NVG)? I am grateful for any help, this community is top notch.

    Enhanced Movement

Thanks for the reply, but I still can't get this to work. I managed to turn off the NVG, but not the laser. In the menu where you set the keybindings (the menu to the right of the screen when you press "Esc") there is three sections: 1. The movement section where you sets the key to jump/climb. 2. The interaction section. 3. The NVG section. I can't find a way to turn off the laser feature, what am I doing wrong?

    Enhanced Movement

Really nice mod. I got only one thing to complain about, I don't want to use the laser and NVG mods, but I can't get rid of them and still use the climbing/jumping and interaction stuff. I have tried to erase the laser and NVG PBO files. But when I do, the movement stuff doesn't work anymore. The menu where you sets the keybindings is still there though. It would be awesome if you fixed this.
