I did, yet to hear back from them. It was a steam gift so i doubt they'll fix it.

I only made an account here to post it. I can get proof.

I don't want to post the users info, since that is against rules. But I know that he's a frequent member on this forum. So what happened was I was supposed to trade two games to get Arma 3. So i sent the first game than he blocks me right after. If you come across this, i hope you can live happier that you scammed a random person.
