@Xnam Nice that you are interested in my problem, but that was not my mistake, it was a mistake but not the mistake which changed somethink. But still thanks ( : After installing Arma 3 Tools new and getting the Mikeros tools, i created a new map, but i have now different Problems. 1 = But there are now someproblems to follow the Atlas Guide, i cannot add objects from the A3 file to my "Library Manager", because the A3 file is empty, only a empty file called "Data_F" . But there is an "A3_Retail " with my @ files from the Workshop and some other files. On the Atlas GUide it says for an Object "b_FircusC2s_F" but i have "b_FircusB2s_F" and "t_FircusB1sF" 2 = I cannot move in the Buldozer and there is no texture only the heightmap but i was doing everythink from Atlas Guide, i was following some Ytubers they are using 2 mapframes but this wasn´t a fix. If i press "F1" in the Buldozer i see 4 black lines in the midle i can click on them but there is nothink to read only black fields, maybe this tells u my problem. (The settings how to move i can see in the Atlas Guide) Terrain Builder Errors: [A]. I dont knew why there is a problem because i never was writing any script file. hey ;) At first thx that u wand to help me ( : - " Source directory path is not subfolder of Project directory " I started to check different settings. - I was trying " source directory = Jeff\Jeff_Flat\source " but then the size of the file is 205 KB and the name of the BIS file is not "Jeff_Flat", its "source" and still no map in the Game. Edit: Because for my First Project i dont need Roads, Objects, Streets, I stoped at the Atlas Guide at "10" and started at "14", between this topics it tells u to change some names in some files,this was done before. -

EDIT : New Problem at last Message 5 Hey, I am a starter at Mapping and i was following the Atlas Guide. It would be awesome if someone help me out, because without any help i cant spend my freetime positiv XD But at some Points i have some problems.So under this Thread i will ask for different questions. I was using the "Addon Builder Arma 3 Tool" to create the Addon. = maybe some mistakes i dont knew, but i got for my 1024mx1024m flat world a 46mb File so i thought it worked.( better then the 1kb file before XD ) One Problem i have right now is that i dont see the Map in the Editor of Arma 3. I think i have the same problem but i dont realy understand what u mean. // I dont see my Map in the Editor too. There is a Virus founded / Adware. So i cant instal the missing tools, to ignore the Virus message doesnt helped i cant activate the instalation. Great !. But i have a Problem, i cant find" Mikero’s PBO Project " to pack my terrain. And i dont knew how to use "Addon Builder" Here : http://dev.withsix.com/projects/mikero-pbodll/files I cant find Mikero´s PBO ____ 14.) Pack your Terrain, put it in a mod folder, and you’re done! a. I recommend using Mikero’s PBO Project to pack your terrain. It is a great tool and all I have used for years. b. Put the resulting pbo (found in P:\Dist) in your mod folder. Note: You will notice sand around your terrain. That is supposed to be there to help you see the area you just did. -

okay thx i will try it i hope my english is good enough to understand it ;) A answer i cant get from the Guide. - For the mask i am using Gimp but the terrain builder cant add it, its an "name.xcf" data or so which programm will be the right one ? -

Jeff Talley - German / English Hey, At the moment i start to put my 1024mx1024m Flat map in to Arma 3 i found some Youtube tutorials to create a World with " L3DT " and put it into Arma 3 Terrain Builder. I need only a empty world without texture, the world can be empty like the VR Map. SO i think i dont need to knew how to create Configs files / Scripting. The Problem: If i try to Export WRP i get the Message: " Export WRP file - Before exporting to WRP, you must generate layers from the map frame´s properties dialog. Reason : Surfaces were not generated correctly and Satellites were not generated correctly " And i need some help that i knew what is for example a layer,mapframe,mask, or some other things, at first only the things i must knew to make a flat empty world ready for Arma 3 . I dont need to knew how to plant roads,trees, because i wand plant them with the X-Cam and then i wand Drag and Drop the Object file from my X-Cam Creation into the Arma 3 Map i have created. 2. And i cant move with the Buldozer, and did someone knew how to go up and down with the L3DT 3D view i tryed everythink on my keyboard.
