Hi, I specifically joined the forum to give you my answer to this problem, the solution which works for me, I posted on steam http://steamcommunity.com.tw/app/33930/discussions/1/537402115083716045/ Very briefly it is: open ..\My Documents\ArmA 2\ArmA2OA.cfg and remove the class Mod section which points to steam path.

The best procedure I have found if this occurs (from my XP pc so assume paths are the same) Delete C:\Program files\Common files\Battleye From Steam launch Arma 2 and exit from menu Launch Arma2OA and exit from the menu. (in doing so it should install battleye) Additionally, if still having problems goto battleye dot com/downloads (first post so cant insert a proper link) Download each BEclient.dll and BEserver.dll for your system (32 bit or 64) and note that files for Arma 2 and Amar 2OA are different files specific for each game Search your drive for existing copies of each and replace the correct file for each game.
