CUPREP #0002: APEX Update The long awaited APEX expansion is finally out, and along with it some new tech! As we showed the previous days all our vehicles are now compatible with the new Vehicle In Vehicle technology. Despite not being as fancy as the old one we made in terms of immersiveness, it is a lot more reliable, is AI / Zeus / EDEN compatible, allows airdrops, and has the direct support of BI. So we think all in all this is a trade for the better! Like it? Don't like it? Found weird combinations of vehicles loaded and space available? Let us know in the feedback tracker! http://dev.cup-arma3.org/ This being said, this is more or less a maintenance update. Less RPT spam, less config errors, visual tweaks, a lot of weapons now have soundshaders (special thanks to LAxemann for most of the heavy lifting!), APEX compatibility, ride-on-top FFV seats, you can read all about it in the changelog below. Finally, we added some new vehicles (AC-47D Spooky, MTVR, V3S, L-39ZA) and some new retextures and liveries of existing content. We'll be linking the files from google drive below, the website is currently under maintenance and should be up and running with the new patch as well this evening. Updates are also being pushed to the other usual places as well (PWS, Steam WS, Armaholic, etc). After another happy little accident was discovered, the team decided to realease a second hotfix for the CUP Unit pack. Among the fixes: - Correct mod.cpp icon - Fixed: Issue with Taik Autorifleman backpack - Fixed: Wrong hitpoint selections and hitpoint LOD in all uniforms - Fixed: Some clipping issues on Taki vests - Added: More civilian units - and more... Check the first post for downloads and more info on changes. As of now, workshop is not yet updated..

All, We found a happy little accident in the CUP Units 1.2 pack. It includes WIP BAF uniforms with incorrect classnames, please do not use. We have just released an updated CUP Units 1.2.1. Website and PWS are being updated now. Regards CUP Team

Announcing the release of CUP Vehicles Pack 1.2 CUP Units Pack 1.2.1 CUP Weapons Pack 1.5 CUP Vehicles Pack 1.2 Another monumental release that features 17 new or updated vehicles with 30+ variants in total! Key additions include Strykers, the RG-31, F35B (yes its the BIS model), SA330 Puma, T34 and several new civilian cars (Golf, Octavia, Skoda etc). We also see a new AV8B and GR9, new models for the HC3 and AW159, several new Hueys, new C130J models and liveries as well as updated KA50, Land Rovers, RHIBs and the one you've been waiting for... the Towing Tractor :) We've also updated the LHD, which is now MP compatible and supports player respawn, vehicle respawn and much much more. We've even added access to the smaller flight hangar for drone usage or just storage. We've add 2 new configurations for the LHD that spawn vehicles but keep the runway clear - this is great now that the F35 and AV8B can take off and land on the LHD. Finally, we've added CfgGroups for vehicles (and infantry) that are compatible with ALiVE. CUP Units Pack 1.2.1 In this release we see the introduction of 6 new factions, including 3 new independent factions in the Royal Army Corps of Sahrani, Nationalist Party (NAPA) and Takistani Guerillas, 2 OPFOR factions in the Takistani Militia and the Sahrani Liberation Army and new Chernarus civilians! These factions include new models, uniforms, vests, headgear and much more and of course take advantage of the hundreds of CUP Weapons and Vehicles. We've also updated the German KSK units with new vest models and new camoflage options. The USMC sees some new uniforms too and for there's even a new Fedora hat for those of you looking for adventure... CUP Weapons Pack 1.5 Given the huge number of weapons available already, this release is very much a maintenance release. We've added Arsenal support for all weapon items, added the 6G30 grenade launcher and several vehicle weapons to support the new vehicles. In addition we've started to add new backpacks in Tropentarn and Flecktarn camo (for ze Germans) and also a number of packs for SLA and NAPA. A number of zeroing fixes have gone in as well as minor updates and fixes as they have been reported by the community. Keep the feedback coming! Thank you all for your continued support! Hello everyone, the CUP Team wishes you all a "Happy New Year 2016" and would like to start this year with a patch for CUP Terrains fixing a few bugs that slipped through in 1.0.0. As a few of you noticed, we missed a few backwards compatibility entries for AiA TP in our initial release - these got added now. If you still encounter any missing entries, please let us know on our bugtracker: http://bugs.cup-arma3.org. Furthermore, we added support for MapBuilder which - as a side effect - makes all CUP items available in the mission editor. Ever wanted to place some rocks or trees as a mission maker? Create new ways to approach the target by placing roads? Now it's your chance to do it! Last, but not least, we ensured compatibility with the upcoming 3DEN editor and and put that 90° rotated bargate back in its proper place. By the way we forgot to include this into first post - The most thanks goes to these guys from CUP Team - NonovUrbizniz (cifordayzserver), TheConen, NeoArmageddon, IceBreakr, EvroMalarkey, ThreeDots, Waffle_SS who made all this possible, took the mantle after Kju or help in other way. Also a lot of thanks to the rest of the CUP Team for all support and help. For the record, It took us almost 200 commits to make it here - great job! -
We're maintain PWS ourselves, so sorry for the delay.. Terrains Core is processing right now, it could take while (it's a lot of data). Units are up and Vehicles and Weapons are processing right now too, but that should be fast.

HO! HO! HO! CUP Santa is bringing a load of presents this year! As shown this last couple months we're bringing in some new stuff along with a round of bugfixes. Before we get down to business all of CUP team wants to thank those of you who contributed with valuable feedback and actively partecipate in our effort. We'd also like to remember you we have a public feedback tracker in case you have issues to report: http://bugs.cup-arma3.org/my_view_page.php So, what is CUP Santa bringing this year? Well we have a new Wasp Class Landing Helicopter Dock, courtesy of ATLAS, to which we added a fair bit of functionalities that we're sure will come extremely handy to mission makers, such as an automated placement system to populate it with vehicles. Those of you who ever messed around with the LHD surely know how painful it is to place every single vehicle on each deck and so on, well now it is fully automated and totally customizable. If you're interested in this make sure to check the documentation Tupolov has prepared for you in this very comfy PDF: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1iXjN0pLlbJ51n5e4SoKR00491WkbHpbhFxbVyTEkwxk/edit But wait there's more! We have a new heavy lifter helicopter, the Mi-6A/T, that we're sure will come in extremely handy for those of you who enjoy playing as Opfor and always felt the lack of an adequate transport/lifter. Well fear no more! This beast can lift a total of 15.3 tons, even more than the Super Stallion. Along with this we are adding the BMP-1/2 family of vehicles, including our very own custom made version with a Zu-23 turret, a new variant of the UAZ featuring a Metis ATGM launcher, and a Medevac Mi-24 variant (for now respectively exclusive of Russia and CDF), the Bradley family of vehicles including our very own M7 Bradley FIST, featuring a laser designator instead of the usual TOW/Stinger missile rack. Finally, after popular request, we managed to add the SUV and the Armored SUV from the PMC DLC with an absolutely sexy gatling gun on top: Here are some more screenshots of all the goodies: http://imgur.com/a/jLidl Also worth mentioning that other packs got a good round of updates too. We added Toadie's HLC M249 pack and M60E4 to weapons, we have replaced the vanilla A3 night vision goggles with the good old PVS-7 and finally units are now compatible with the new hitpoint V1.54 arma update.
