Hello. My FPS is capped at 30. I just bought the game. V-sync is off and I run every other game at 60. I have the GPU and CPU power to run Arma at 60FPS. I've tried all the dandy. Alt+Tab tricks none of them work. Any Idea? I used a launch code and increased my FPS to 33. Still capped... I get about 60-121FPS in the main screen

Hello. I seem to be missing my Chernarus map file I have both Arma 2 and Arma 2 OA installed verified the integrity of the game cache (Through Steam) It still says I am missing the file. I later reinstalled Arma 2 and Arma 2 OA it still says I am missing Chernarus
