What do I put into "Friendly Unit String" and "Friendly Vehicle String" if I want to use the U.S. marines and their respective vehicles from RHS?

I see Catalina almost every day from where I live. I've been to Catalina several times, this is a nice map, but the buildings and streets on Avalon look nothing like that, also it would be great if you could add the casino.

How would I go about creating my own units for Arma 3. I just want to create them for personal use since I'm sick of having to edit every unit I want and pasting the exported data of virtual arsenal created units.
