  1. --Naval Special Warfare Task Unit V -- (NSWTU-V) Unit Capabilities Naval Special Warfare Task Unit V Hades is a "virtual" (Naval Special Warfare) simulation gaming unit specializing in various missions such as: Direct Action, Maritime interdiction, Hostage Recovery, Special Reconnaissance, Unconventional warfare, Personnel recovery, Hydro graphic Reconnaissance, Coastal Patrol, and Riverine Warfare . Goals Naval Special Warfare Task Unit V is a new team with big ambitions. NSWTU-V main goals is to recruit members to fill 1st Platoon. Once we have Achieved that we will be opening a dedicated Special Warfare Combat Craft Crewman Section as well as opening billets for Explosive Ordnance Technicians with in our unit. The Apocalypse Mission (Aviation) The NSWTU-V-Air Corps mission consists of three main elements, Aerial Transportation-Fixed/Rotor, Air to Air Combat & Close Air Support Fixed/Rotor. The Naval Aerial assets deploy from designated Naval ships available with NSWTU-V. The Apocalypse missions requires precision aviation, patients and a well balanced aviators skill set in order to preform at a high level within Apocalypse. NSWTU-V Naval pilots do not simply wait around for ground unit requests, NSWTU-V pilots are always busy with multiple tasks, missions or sub missions within and throughout operations. Military Realism Dedicated Servers Dedicated Team Speak Server (NSWTUV.enjinvoice.com) Training in military tactics Weekly Training, and Missions Who are we looking for?: NSWTU-V is looking for any gamer with team work in mind. We are looking for Members who are Mature and our looking to perform missions at a high caliber of proficiency and cohesiveness. NSWTU-V Operators always place the mission first, and conduct themselves in a professional manner. If you are new to the game we will train you, but candidates are expected to bring motivation, and willingness to learn to the table. If a candidate is not seen as good fit for the team instructors will not hesitate to remediate, or drop them from training. Unit Entry / Requirements: Basic Requirements: People aged 18 years old and over. Note: People under the age of 18 will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Participation in weekly training, and operation. Working Headset Team Speak 3 Arma 3 Willingness to download mods. willingness to learn SOP's, and TTPs of unit Mature, and Professional Demeanor A Candidate must, first Register to the site and place in an application. upon receiving an application unit recruiting officers will reply within 48hrs. A candidate is expected to follow instructions on application. Once an application has been accepted Candidates will need to report in to the unit Team Speak: NSWTUV.enjinvoice.com . upon arriving in Team speak a Candidate will have a quick interview with a NSWTU-V recruitment officer. If the applicants interview goes well, the Candidate will be awarded the rank of Seamen (SN), unit tag ID, repo mod link, site permissions training material to prepare for NSWTU-V BUD/s and SEAL Qualification Training. At this time an Instructor will schedule a BUD/s class with the Candidate. Training Pipeline Summary: Basic Underwater Demolitions School (BUD/s) 3-4 HR Course Airborne School (ABN) 2-3 HR Course SEAL Qualification Training (SQT) 4-8 HR course NSWTU-V- (BUD/s) Naval Special Warfare Task Unit V "Basic Underwater Demolition School" The NSWTU-V-BUD/s is designed to effectively train all new members to the unit standards and provide basic understanding of tactics in regard to NSWTU-V Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures. Entry level members in NSWTU-V training are ranked (Seaman) E-3. Once an applicant has completed Basic Underwater Demolition School a Candidate is awarded the rank of Special Operator 3rd Class and is awarded with the Trident. A Candidate is not considered full patch member however until the completion of SEAL Qualification Training. 3-4 HR Course NSWTU-V (ABN) "Airborne School" ABN school is designed to familiarize a Candidate with unit SOP's Regarding: Static Line, High Altitude High Opening (HALO), and High Altitude High Opening (HAHO) 2-3 HR Course NSWTU-V-(SQT) "SEAL Qualification Training." SQT is designed to qualify new member to the standards required to operate effectively within the unit. SQT is broken down in multiple phases and will teach a candidate advanced unit TTP's and make for a seamless transition into a fire team upon graduation. Once a member graduates from SQT he will be assigned to a fire team and be given responsibilities within the unit. 4-8 HR Course. Note: all training is self pace, and depends on a candidates eagerness to learn, or instructor availability. Also class hours are a rough estimate depending on class participation, and level of previous training of a Candidate. Unit Ethos: The Member The NSWTU-V operator is an experienced poise gamer, one who can lead or follow, one who wears unit pride and integrity on their chest. A confident operator with a diverse skill set, one who never refuses a mission or fails to complete one. Members of NSWTU-V always operate as a unit, in a smooth and cohesive fashion, without exception. A stand up individual their unit can depend on no matter the situation. Naval Special Warfare Task Unit V "10 Commandments" 1. Maintain Chain Of Command. 2. Maintain Unit Honor & Pride. 3. Maintain Unit Trust & Comradely. 4. Maintain Training. 5. Conduct yourself in a professional manner 6. Never Refuse a Mission or Task. 7. Always Complete the mission. 8. No Crying, Complaining, Whining or Acting in a Non Cohesive Manner Within The Unit. 9. Hold fellow members accountable for actions off/ on the battlefield. 10. Have fun, and strive to be the best. Note: If a member is found to be in violation of NSWTU-V's Ethos the member can expect to be either removed from the team, or be subjected to other forms of punishment such as demotion in rank, qualifications removed, or repeat of units training pipeline.
