Thoughts on the bug: Introduced with new LOD system. I did not have it before. So it must be there. When the Apex dlc came out. Look there what is changed. Since it is visually reloading LODs it has to do with it. Any place in code that holds amount of lods, or does reload Lods this is where I would look.
