  1. Hi I was wondering if it was possible to take the Dynamic Recon Ops missions and then edit them so that they all use arma's "mediterranean" post processing ? I have downloaded and extracted the mission and opened in the editor and usually id just place down the environment post processing module (set to "mediterranean"), resave and then it works ! However when i open the Dynamic Recon Ops missions all i see is spawn positions players you can select and a game logic module. Im presuming this is because the missions are randomly generated and there is lots of coding and editing which isn't visible within the editor. If i place the post processing module down in this mission and start the mission it only works during the initial player selection screen (which is the bit visible/editable in the editor), as soon as the mission starts it stops using the post processing module. I presume this is because it is randomly creating the missions and all the editing/coding behind that isn't visible or tweakable in the editor. Basically to cut a long story short... Does anyone know a way i can edit the dynamic recon ops missions so they use my desired post processing preset ("mediterranean") ? Id also quite like to be able to insert a Zeus module into it but again placing the relevant module in the editor doesn't seem to do anything. Im not so bothered about this, but if anyone knows how to get this working it would also be appreciated.

  3. Hi. First time user here. Could some multiplayer users here please give me some recommendations for what TPW mods work well in multiplayer. At the moment I have cars, air, civs, animals and park enabled. Are there any known issues with these in multiplayer ? If I host an online multiplayer session on my PC (not dedicated) do I need to make sure all of us have the same .hpp config file for it to work properly ? thanks in advance :)
  4. Hi I have not played Arma 3 much but used to play Arma 2 a fair bit. My favourite thing to do in Arma 2 was go in the editor, put down a sec ops module and just have it spawn random side missions for myself and my ai team mates. The missions were simple infantry based missions and quite good fun. I was wondering if there were any missions like this for co-op in arma 3 ? for example. one missions might be do a patrol of set waypoints, then once thats done you'll get given another missions somewhere else reasonably close and repeat. Constant dynamic missions basically, but simple not really complex and requiring lots of players... 3-4 squad play. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Regards
  5. Hello. I do not think we are running Persistence or war room, i have no idea what either are. We just use mod in default state and want to try this co12 sabotage mission ! Thank you for help
  6. Thank you for quick response. I am not sure what you mean by alive database ? We just have mod enabled locally and on server (@alive, @aliveserver) We select mission in mission select screen but always starts from last location. If we simply rename mission it will be like a new mission ? good idea, i try this.

  9. Hello All My friends and i recently purchased an arma 3 server. To test it for the first time we loaded up an Alive Co12 Sabotage mission. We loaded in and blew up some vehicles to test performance quickly and then quit. Now whenever we try and redo that map it automatically starts from where we previously quit. We cannot find a way to restart the mission fresh. we have tried the admin command #restart but it always restarts from last location. My question is: Where are the saved missions progress files kept, both locally and on the server ? I can find saved mission files locally in documents>arma3>profile but have deleted all of them and the mission still restarts. This makes me think the mission progress saves on the dedicated server but i cannot find the location of it anywhere and its not in the @alive mod folders either. Has anyone got any kind of idea of what the problem could be ? Cheers
  10. Hello All My friends and I are having trouble with Alive on our dedicated server. The first time we played it we messed about on CO12 Sabotage mission and blew up vehicles at base just to see how our new server run. Now every time we try and play the mission it restarts from that point and the vehicles remain blown up. We have tried to delete the saved game files locally but it makes no difference, where are they stored ? are they stored locally or on the server ? i cannot find anythying on server. We have done commands such as #restart but the mission always continues with blown up vehicles on spawn. Is there a location on server where saved version of mission is located ? How to completley start fresh ? Hope you understand. Thank you
