  1. Not saying I'd undertake the task, but if it ever went the way it would to make such a situation possible... Would you release all the materials required to continue work on this mod even after you've had enough?

Also I've kinda been noticing it doesn't really matter which side has which weapons. CSAT will have just as many NATO weapons and so on. It makes me reluctant to install RHS or something because it would be ridiculous to see a squad of nato commandos with ak47s

  2. An actually good suggestion I had was to implement selling weapons you loot. It would have a two fold effect of strengthening the local resistance and also giving prestige or some kind of bonus you choose.

Maybe make it a mission where you have an order for a small/medium/large (you choose) crate of guns and/or munitions that you fill with your own stock and deliver. CSAT doesn't use the black market and a big part of the game is looting.

I could easily grow upon the idea but that's the basis. It's always been an idea but I've never in all this time found the time to post it.

  3. Just go hard knowing you really are making the best mod out there for this entire god damn series.

Seriously this replaces RTSes for me AND gives me my hardcore sim fix. It's almost like an RTS with insane micromanagement available that you play on the ground.

This game needs a Black Tackleneck mod though.. Maybe even a slightly darker Black Tackleneck mod!

  4. Screw them, who cares what they think. I'd think it was fixed.

Seriously, an above poster said pretty much what I think. This is one of the most open ended gaming experiences I've ever had. Without this mod, arma 3 would be useless to me.

There isn't anything out there, game or mod, that encapsulates what this mod is. Full scale war from the tiniest of micro all the way to macro. Oh yeah and it's all dynamic, not a strict scripted linear corridor, the battle going on and skirmishes and EVERYTHING is basically organic.

Be proud that you capture, what games can only do in tightly scripted moments, in a totally dynamic setting. On the battlefield it's just like one of those dumb scenes in a Call of Duty campaign where you go down a tight corridor shooting some kind of terrorist while a giant battle rages on all around you, scripted.

Can I just say again... THIS MOD IS LIKE THOSE MOMENTS IN FPS SINGLE PLAYER WITH A GIANT BATTLE... EXCEPT YOU ARE ACTUALLY IN IT.

  5. Sweet, post a rapidshare/mega link.

    -edit-

    Or PM me please

I hate to say this but I'd like a copy too.

Also I'd be onboard with co-op testing of new versions. If anyone else is willing. I've only ever played singleplayer though. I would like some co op buddies, it seems this would be way more fun with other people on your team.

It would be really awesome if somehow someone could make it so a multiplayer game could be held with players on BOTH sides.

  6. How supportive would you guys be of a new strain of DUWS Modified, using features and tweaks that I add to Kibot's original (so none of BigShot's work)? I propose this instead of distributing BigShot's mission, which could get me banned from the forums.

I'm willing to make ports to popular mods like the CUP and RHS Escalation if no better ones have already been made.

And I won't ask for a single cent of donations.

It depends upon the amount of skill you have. Personally I'd like to see multiple people work on this mod. I'd totally test it as well.

Also does anyone have version 1.75? Also how do you install it?
