Possible to play the campaign as 4-player Coop?

Hey there,

We got 4 copies of the Combined Forces (Arma2+Arrowhead), we thought that we could play the campaign together but when I start a server it's either a deathmatch or the tutorial over and over and over (jumping this, shooting some paperdolls on a carrier).

How can we play the campaign together and how can I make the server jumps to the next mission instead of making me repeat the same one over and over.

Start the campaign in single player, then click on "host" button in dialogue
