Can someone turn this into a PAA file?

I am making this image a loading screen and would like it to be changed to a PAA file.

I do not know how to do it. I've tried with TexView but it just fails to load the images.

If you need it saved as a different file type let me know.

Or if someone could point me in the direction on what program will do this without failing that would be great.

EDIT: After fiddling around a bit with Tex View2 I figured out that it loads .TGA files just fine, I saved my image as a .TGA and then dragged it onto TexView 2 and saved it as a PAA. Now I have a custom loading screen :).
