Patch 1.18 RC is the latest ArmA Patch.

A better question would be : When will there be a 'final' or official patch?

I cant join any non-beta server coz of my beta patch.

When i dont use the beta-patch, i can only play windowed.

It's been six months. ArmA1 is now a smaller community, multi-player servers are now almost empty; split between 1.18 and 1.14. Least that could happen is make the release candidate final and update gamespy to send a message in the server browser to update to 1.18
