Is this a kind of bug (Dogs of War)

Recommended Posts

Was just trying to finish Dogs of War in Arma 2, met with this bug/???,

The static machine gunner isn't ready to die, because of this I couldn't capture the check post, I had to throw Stringer missile at him, hopefully after this "Death" trigger got initiated for him & I could capture the check post. I mean these are the small things that ruin the playing experience of Arma 2, BIS should really take care of such bugs..for those who are thinking I am not patched up..I am 1.05 patch ready.

Was able to capture all this sh**t Check this video

P.s. I experienced same kind of bug in Mannhattan mission..it was pain to complete that mission - full of bugs.

Low perfomance = more bugs and script failures. It's bug, but not this fella fault. He's not visible in your map - if he isn't marked "red", game doesn't count him as alive. You can't do anything. Just go capture another village, hopefully your allies will capture it later. You don't need to capture every town in Chernarus. Only rebel mainbase is mandatory I think.

I thought directly attacking main base without capturing all the villages would not be so easy, enemies might attack you from behind once they know their main base is being attacked. That is why I'll capture all the villages first (this will reduce no. of enemies I guess??) & then attack main base...just to ask..the check posts marked in blue...are they Russians?:j:

NAPA or CDF depending on your decisions in previous missions. They should be allied, unless you let Prizrak get away in Badlands.

Russians won't move from their positions at north, unless you will attack them yourself. And you really shouldn't attack them because

if you win, they will nuke Chernarus
