ryguy 10 Posted May 12, 2010 I've watched many tutorials on how to texture an object that you've made in O2 editor, but haven't seen one on how to "re-paint" an object that is already in-game. What I'd like to find is where to find the object to repaint. After that I could just publish the object again. Thanks!

nodunit 397 Posted May 14, 2010 To texture an object in game you will need the arma2 BI tools, for Textview2 to preview textures and a pbo opening device, for simplicity I would recommend using pboview. Depending on what you are wanting to retexture you need to choose the right pbo and use PBOview to open it, then you can access the textures to import into a paint program for modifying. For example, most wheeled vehicles are in wheeled.pbo, most tracked are in tracked.pbo. Some parts, such as in case of the humvee, have parts in wheeled2.pbo for the avenger.
