"Zayford" and his\her team with ECP. "Solus" and his work as SLX. "AND" for the work as LIBeration 1941-1945. and many more Anyways this addon makes all the russian voices German. ALL That is to say that when you play ecp, slx or ecp and slx the people repransenting the east side will speak german. So this addon just adds german dialect to ecp or slx. I have a custom animation that I like inside that I think is realistic, but its optional. There are bugs in it though. It was from the lib mod and I am still trying to work out some the animations where you use at weapons and such.
