Locked out of the system for hacking with accpack

Hey,

I am an admin on an ArmA II server and recently got this message on the server that a player has been locked out of the system for hacking with accpack:

This is the SS, i was wondering if anyone knew whether it was an ArmA feature or someone trying to frame another member with a hack, or whether it is a BIS function, also I need to add the player protests his innocence, and also was auto kicked off everytime he connected

Having one player unable to connect won't keep you up at night. Ban him.
