What is the command...

As far as I know, you can't specify a speed. I think there's only "limited", "normal" and "full". I could be wrong, though (and I hope I am, because I've wanted to specify speed too)

Make sure you are editing with "Advanced' options, not "Easy".

There is no field for speed in "Easy" mode. Click where it says "Easy" in upper right corner in editor to change it.

this SetSpeed "x";

replace x with these minus the "s

"FULL"=full speed ahead

"NORMAL"=normal speed

"LIMITED"=Slow speed

also with n as any number , and i guess it's in air miles per hour

but i don't know if it's in feet, yards or meter

yeah my paratroops are getting spread out all to hella nd gone, so i think ill slow it down just before they jump

OFP uses the metric-system. All distances and speeds are in 'meters' and 'km/h'.
