permanent banned on a server never played on before

i am banned on some server that I never played on it before.

what does this mean?

i think someone faked my ofp id and caused the server to ban it.

i know there is a cheat for changing ofp user id.

It means your IP has been banned, or you're ID number isn't legal.

i have *beep*, and I can change my id and join that server.

but I wanted to say "never ban any user permanently!"

for example I can discover some famous user's id with #userlist

then i can fake its id with *beep*.

then i can make that server ban that id.

and that user will be banned!

so bans should be no more than one or few days.

those servers' admins are idiots!

we have many cheaters everywhere that they can't discover and ban permanently.

the only cheat that I have and use is the *beep* that is not used within games, just for using servers that banned me permanently.

i am in a far country (high ping). my connection is not reliable. i am a camper.

but I think all that can't be excuse for banning me permanently. is it fair?

i have ofp id changer, and I can change my id and join that server.

Nice to hear that. We do not tolerate that here.
