Shunt 0 Posted April 9, 2002 you have to have at least v 1.30 (gold upgrade) when you enter the mission editor's screen where you're supposed to select an island, look in the lower left corner. the mission wizard is pretty lame, it just puts a couple of enemies in a town/base of your choice. adds a patrol or two and thats about it..
