sas_razor 0 Posted April 9, 2002 Our Ded. server sits behind a firewall. No FTP service is available - the only ports open are those needed to run OFP. Is it possible to set Combat Dificulty - eg 3rd Person On/Off via the Ded Server Interface? For a match we require 3rd Person off but the players whine since I have to leave it off all the time. Lt_Dan_Sweden 0 Posted April 9, 2002 Short answer; No. Long answer: You have to EDIT the file ..\users\Player\UserInfo.cfg That can be done in many ways without FTP. Suggestions: Telnet SSH SSHFTP (diffrent PORT) email the new UserInfo.cfg and have moved in place by a script email the new UserInfo.cfg have it moved in pace Manualy VPN tunnel Using Netmeeting I probably missed some ways...
