do i need to download anything to enjoy this game more?

Hi all

just bought OF Cold War Crisis second hand after foolishly buying Arma II and hoping my 2 year old laptop would run it (it does but on the lowest settings possible) so will soon be buying a new gaming PC

was wondering if any of the updates will enhance the joy that is CWC
