Is config.cpp edited by C# or C++ ?

You can edit a config.cpp with a simple text editor like the notepad/wordpad that comes with a window OS.

To edit a config.bin, you need first to convert it to a config.cpp.

In order to do so, download and install Binview :

Once done double click on the config.bin you want to open, it will launch Binview. Once the config is loaded in it, click on File -> Save and click OK

Then select where you want the cpp version to be saved and OK again, you will obtain the config.cpp version of the config.bin
