What you are asking I think will need some kind of IP > Port specific stuff not involved with ARMA. Never done it or heard of it being done but just a guess.

What exactly do you want to do?

If you want players to connect to a specific ip you can select the source address used to communicate with the gamespy master server using the 'ip route' command.
