How to convert arma1 addon to arma2

HI can anybody explain to me how to convert a1 to a2 addon

is it in config p3d or what model stays the sam change only config????

LOOKED around coulnd find something that just shows me simple way do they have to be non binarized or binarized can be converted without author's LOD:confused:
