sanctuary 19 Posted January 2, 2010 If you are asking for the modelling, well for a start you can try with basic wheels that can be created in O2 menu with Create -> Cylinder. The higher the "Segment Radius" value will be, the more complex the cylinder will be. Though that is very good for other lods, the cylinder is simplistic for a 1st resolution lod. If you are asking for the selections, if you make it a wheeled class giving a look to the VITAPC BTR80, that has 8 wheels too and is configured as a wheeled class, reveals that : levy predni - 1st wheel to the left levy dalsi - 2nd wheel to the left levy prostredni - 3rd wheel to the left levy zadni - 4th wheel to the left pravy predni - 1st wheel to the right pravy dalsi - 2nd wheel to the right pravy prostredni - 3rd wheel to the right pravy zadni - 4th wheel to the right Now for the texturing, while the wheel sides can be easily done with the O2 "background mapping" , that's another story for the circumference part of the wheel. You will either need to : -use O2 "gizmo mapping" feature by learning with tutorial like these : http://tactical.nekromantix.com/tactical/wiki/doku.php?id=ofp:modeling:tut_gizmomap http://tactical.nekromantix.com/tactical/wiki/doku.php?id=ofp:modeling:tut_sphericalgizmo or like most of the modellers/texturers, you can use other programs (free like blender/anim8tor/wings3d/Lithunwrap, or not free like 3dsmax/maya/whatever) to build the models and its mapping or unwrap it and use some conversion tools like p2ms/p3d2obj/obj2p3d some of them being there : http://tactical.nekromantix.com/tactical/wiki/doku.php?id=ofp:tools or for p2msthere : http://www.armamod.org/mod/o2/dw.php
