BIS native .fsm files and AI behaviour tweaking

Recommended Posts

I'm struggling to find information about the functions used into the native AI .fsm files, such as "formationEntity.fsm", .

I see plenty of functions referenced (eg. "searchPath", "coverReached", "formationProvideCover", ...) , but i can't find these functions definitions anywhere.

Are these functions .fsm coded somewhere or are they internal engine functions called externally from .fsm ?

I wish to take a look on how movement, cover and combat behaviour are coded ...

Also: is there a way to terminate native .fsm for any infantry unit in order to run just my own ?

EDIT: I saw this: http://community.bistudio.com/wiki/HeliJunkie%27s_Sandbox, where can i find more info?
