How to put object top of building in the mision editor?

Hello again! simple question, it is posible to put something on the top of everything, building, house etc.. i need to put me object on top of 1 building but, i dont no how! i need a script, command line? thanks!

Exemple i have a security camera, like to put directly on top of 1 house, but i dont no how to do this! thanks to help me!

objectName setPos [ getPos this select 0, getPos this select 1, (getPos this select 2) +10];

This is basically setting the position of a object up by 10. (objectName setpos [x,y,z])
