Lovehandles 10 Posted December 13, 2009 (edited) Hi...for days on end i'm trying to activate Ace2, Acex and CBa mod. I've followed the instructions, made @ACE map inside the root map of arma2. Inside the mod folder there's only one other folder named Addons. Inside that map I have my .pbo files. But where do I have to place the /key (binkey file) that comes with some of those mods? Do you have to copy and paste the key inside the KEY map of the root map? I also edited my shortcut so the game knows i'm using mods. cri74 10 Posted December 13, 2009 ACE2 mod is updated allmost daily now and it can be a problem when joining servers with a different version. The video posted by tankkiller is the way to do it to get the latest version downloaded onto your computer and then add the string on your shortcut "C:\Program Files\Bohemia Interactive\ArmA 2\arma2.exe" -nosplash -mod=@CBA;@ACE;@ACEX If you download the package by yourself you will need to place the pbo files and keys in respective folders (@cba/AddOns/>files<) Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Lovehandles 10 Posted December 13, 2009 I followed the instructions and now it's working well. Found a server, logged in, got the message that my version of Ace2 is old and that I need to upgrade to 01.186. I thought the Six Updater automaticly updated to the latest files?
