how to use arma1 addons in arma2

Right am pretty much a noob :/ but ive noticed you can "port" over arma1 addons so they are usable in arma2. Just wondering how i would do this, where i would download the software and some tutorials. Wanting to port the f-14 to arma2 for personal use.

Perhaps you should look at the sticky called Porting ArmA1 addons to ArmA2 at the top of this sub-forum, presently the thread above this one in fact. That is assuming you weren't wanting somebody to write you a personalised tutorial...
