MP crashing

I never play MP on ArmA II, because i always get:

Were sorry, but ArmA II has encountered an error, and needs to close.

now, with the release of ACE, i want to play online. but i get this all the time.

its fine on SP, never happens. but on MP - bang. were not going to let you play nur nur, na nur nur.

i think it might be my internet. i have a 100mps (or whatever the hell it is) and can see the British Telecom tower from my bedroom window. (not sure if that helps anything lol)

i also have this problem on company of heroes, i can only play on 25% of games, someone said it is to with ports and routers. but i don't have a clue about this stuff. my knowedge is that the wires come in my house and have internetness is them.

I have a BT home hub,

and a Expensive Linksys SDSL2+ Modem that i cant figure how to set up.

It could be the internet has nothing to do with this problem, i dont know.

so, can anyone help please?
