nouty 10 Posted November 28, 2009 I was wondering if it's possible to do specific damage to units in the editor somehow. For example, my mission setpiece was that a tank has driven into a mine, which has broken it's tracks, and the crew is trapped inside while insurgents are all around them in an ambush. So is there any way I can determine in the editor that a tank has taken damage specifically to it's tracks? Oh, sorry if this has been discussed before, couldn't find anything with the search. nuxil 2 Posted November 28, 2009 Tank sethit ["Part", 1] i dont know the name of the track part. you can also use a tool called Eliteness to extract info from the model there is also another way to find part names. this addEventHandler ["handleDamage","hint str(_this)"]; alltho i have not tested this on a tank.. i guess you have to use some grenades or something on the tracks. since small bullets do no harm to the tracks, maybe shoot from a bmp ? but i suggest using Eliteness. it makes life so much easyer :) Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
