just wonderin if anyone has tryed one of these puppys on OFP .

NOTE : they are the only card I can afford ATM, and it will be a big jump from my ASUS 7100 GF2 mx400

If you can afford a GF4MX 460, you should also be able to afford a GF3 Ti200 which in my opinion would be a much better card to buy.

Asus V8200 64M Geforce 3 Deluxe Ti200 $ 600.00

Asus V8200 64M Geforce 3 Deluxe Ti500 $ 890.00

and this is the chepest place I can find the mx460 i got the price for 20 min ago it was $300 from MSI

A store was offering AUS $1300 for the gf4 with 128mg DDR RAM. I can barely afford the $300 gf4 "168GRN HPBT" mentioned, let alone $1300.

yeah I have the same prob

you would think that because i can throw stones at where the cards are made (ASIA) I could get them cheap

we not so :-(

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't a GeForce 4 MX a slightly upgraded GeForce 2?

GF3 Ti for sure. I recommend Gainward. It has the best 2D filters than all GF3 and they are good overclockers.

yeah the GF4mx is double the power of the GF2MX400 (thats what i have now)

yeah if i had the money i would spend the $1000 for a gf3 ti but i don't

is anyone using a GF4mx 440-460confused.gif

Poor old aussies...

Actually, from what Ive read, GF4MX cards are cheap cash ins on the Geforce technology, and if you really want to be the bad ass computer geek mofo of yer town you may want to give them a miss.
