During online play i often hear players play custom music or sound ingame like small sound samples from full metal jacket or other custom sounds etc etc. How is this done? Curse-splatt 10 Posted November 22, 2009 Ok. So first things first you need to geta program to change MP3 or Wav or whatever format of sound you are going to use into .OGG files. There are a few freeware programs if you google them. All you need to do is create a folder in your profile called "Sound" Put your .OGG sound files in there and you can call them in game from the radio menu "custom" The files have to be less than 52kb from memory. RN Escobar 0 Posted November 25, 2009 DBpoweramp was always my choice of music converter, edit in a wav/mp3 editor, use DBpoweramp to convert to ogg. as for filesize it depends what server you playing on, if the admin has set a custonfilelimit of 0kb then you just won't get on the server with custom sounds loaded into your player profile, exactly the same as custom faces.
