yeah well cheers anyway man. I cant post the single player mission coz its 400-500 kb coz its got pics in the briefing and a WWII addon in it too so u dont hav to go download the addon. but there is anouth 500 and sumthen kb addon that u need too but its too big to put in the file so in the readme i gave the URL. ill email it to you if u want but make sure u hav a damn good computer to run it on as mine is a PIII800 256mb ram and a geforce 2mx and it barely runs at all.

ok guys start replying on how to turn this thing into a MP mission coz it would be a killer mission for Multiplayers!

When you go to save it, choose the "export to mulitplayer missions" option. it will then be sent into the MPmissions folder of OFP, from ther you can copy it and send it to ppl/servers

No, all you do is make one unit a 'player' and make a few other units 'playable'. This means that over multiplayer you'll be able to play as the units you made playable and the one unit you made a player. You don't have to worry about re-spawning, because, AFAIK, you can't respawn in OFP wink.gif.

This isn't true, you CAN respawn in ofp.

To enable respawn, you need to create a file called

description.ext into the folder, where you mission is.

Also for some kinds of respawn, you need to place

specific markers on the map.

You don't need to have a unit setup as player, the only

reason why you need it, is to be able to place empty objects

onto the map. As long as there is no player unit, you can't

access to some objects in the editor. When your mission is

ready to save, you can change it to playable, or you can leave it as player, but you don't need a player unit in multiplayer.

If you want to host your mission, and it's already exported to

multiplayer, then the clients, connected to you will get the

mission by playing it. You can't send a mission to any server,

maybe you can submit your mission to some sites, which offer that.

LoneSoldier:

Better go a second time to www.ofpediting.com and

there you go for the tutorial section.

You'll find tut's about how to setup multiplayer

briefing or how to enable respawn.

Also the briefing stuff you will find here:

http://www.flashpoint1985.com/docs/misc.html

note: this is an official BIS site
