Patch 60091 crash

i tryed to start up the new 60091 beta patch and it came up with an error

No entry '.profilePathDefault'.

then it starts the game the sceen goes black like it should then crashes

now im not sure if thats because i installed it wrong if it was then it would be a first.

specs.

AMD Phenom 9550 Quad-core

windows Vista home premium x64

ATI Radeon HD 4800 series

driver verson 8.600

Copy the BETA shortcut from your game directory, this should fix it.
