cannot find the EMPTY category

I've been watching some tutorials and under UNITS, there is a category for EMPTY but I cannot find it ANYWHERE in the in game editor. Am I missing something?

When you open the unit dialog set Control to Non playable and then under Side you can select empty :)

Or place a "player" unit on the map and you can directly select empty after that.
