Can't unzip patch 1.40, and up?

Whenever I try to unzip the 1.40 patches and all the way up, it says,

Error: Invalid compressed data to inflate.

Here is the WinZip error log I got:

Anybody have any clue? Anywhere I can download the unzipped files? Patches 1.40 to the most current, thanks in advance.

Also be sure to have the latest version of Winzip, I have 8.1
