Respawn and Teleport

We are playing alot of TVT Domi right now on our server and now we wanted to add the guerilla as 3rd playable faction to the map.

So allright how can i make the guerilla respawn at their own base and how can i make them parashoot/teleport to the main target so they can defend it ?
