Zachar543 10 Posted September 23, 2009 (edited) I am getting an error when I try to patch ArmA 2 from 1.01 to 1.04. I got the game from Best Buy here in the US. This is what the window says: Please be patient. This update may appear to take a long time to complete. It is updating and installing very large data. ArmA 2: Updateing vestion 1.01 to version 1.04... Update 1.01-1.02\ADDONS\AIR2.PBO.UPD cannot be applied, error xdelta3 returned error code: 1 It makes a error dialog that says: Error found in file ADDONS\air2.pbo (00000000!=00000001) If I press 'ignore' It will go through almost every file Edited September 23, 2009 by Zachar543 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Bulldogs 10 Posted September 24, 2009 This is a known issues caused during install. It has to do with your DvD drive. In most cases updating the firmware of your DvD drive will fix it, but if it doesn't then you may have to borrow a friends DVD drive or install it over the network. monkeyb 0 Posted September 26, 2009 Having exactly the same problem, when i installed Patch 4 it screwed up my Multiplayer, so I uninstalled the game and wanted to repatch the lot, now I cannot patch anything and have a worthless game.
