do you have any alarms set in bios

do you have any monitoring set in windows like Realtemp/spyware etc

does the pc still work or lockup after beeps

it could be a temp alarm or similar in bios settings

Are you overclocking ur GPU or CPU and RAM?

Sounds like heat warning to me.

Are the beeps long and slow and high pitched?

sounds like power over draw, if you had an enermax I would say it is that. you need to read your mobo's manual. or could be power surply. just stating it's beebing is not really giving much info to work with!

Sounds like overheated hardware. I have a friend that once overclocked his P4 to much once and it started overheating really easy, the processor was overheating sometimes even when he used winamp.

The computer made a very distinct beeping sound that could not be missed :D

Yes, this sounds like the built in "warning" most bios offer. It is for the cpu temp.

You can adjust it, or disable it within bios. If the pc doesn't shut down, then maybe you should add 10 degrees to the alarm temp.

It may be that your cpu fans are getting slow and not keeping up, which games will tend to warm the cpu up.
