Using satchel's dynamic range soundpack....?

Recommended Posts

Works fine and is very good except for two things:

Satchel's m60 sound is better.

The original m16 sound is better ( I HATE CS sound FX. Can't hear them any longer smile.gif )

PS: You are absolutely correct. Satchel's assault rifle sound FX sound like someone is lighting a match (...slashing a bullwhip was my first assoziation...)

someone finally agrees with me! biggrin.gif

as for the m16 sound, I am also getting a little sick of hearing it and as we speak I am trawling both my hard drive and the web for a better sound....so as from tomorrow I will most likely have changed the m16 sound for any future dl'ers. the m60 sound is also a little weak so I might look into an alternative for that too

Using SB Audigy / 4-way digital speakers w/subwoofer with EAX and HW accel on and I dont hear any hiss. Only thing I didnt like was the M16 sound. Seems to have a bit much of bass for my taste. Couldnt even hear myself get shot while in a fire fight.

I have changed the m16 and m60 sounds for better ones, in my opinion....the file is updated on the site.
