Arma 2 built in FPS counter ?

For some random reason everytime i start up arma i now get a little fps counter in the top right of my screen, it looks identicle to fraps but is a bit smaller. Fraps isn't running so it's not that... i can only assume i have somehow activated arma 2's built in FPS counter, how do i turn it off ?

I'm guessing you have ATI Tray Tools or something running. I'm not that familiar with it but I guess it should have an option to turn off the FPS counter.
